Ok Ive been having issue with some unusual heart palpitations? Had a stress eco done and was fitted with a heart monitor for a few days. But due to how difficult it is to catch events in a timely manner since they come and go no events were recorded? So the doctors say its just normal for some one my age? I’m 41. So I want to purchase my own heart monitor so I can record my own data? I looked at a few at eBay but I’m not sure which style would be the best choice for the type of problems Ive been having? I saw just standard watches that counts pules rates and exercise modes. I even saw a watch that has a read out with a wrist band and a USB connecter to upload data but that was just one style? Id like to find one that can track my heart rhythm? Just not sure which one is the best choice? I know they make them? Anybody have any suggestions?
I’m tryin to buy a heart rate monitor from ebay and they are darn well cheap. Its like 10 bucks fo a piece. I’m not lookin for fanciness but just reliable one. Its because in my country 30 bucks polar(watch) worth like a frgin hundo. I have experiaced with chinese made things but not a heart rate monitor. So please help

the heart rate monitors ive seen on ebay say that it only asks for age, weight, and sex. would those 3 be enough to accurately measure my calories burned? shouldnt height be in there as well?
im only buying the ones on ebay or amazon cuz im a little short on the cash atm.

i am a 15 year old athletic male. i am 5’7" and weigh 145 pounds. my football coach recommended us getting a heart rate monitor to keep us safe. so i bought one off of ebay. my heart rate watch says my pulse is 180. we do high intensity interval training for 3 minutes, then we have a rest for 30 seconds.

I decided to get the Nike Traix c5 but it has an chest attachement, which i just found out through ebay as i was looking for the best deal….
